In addition to the cost of the equipment, 16mm films themselves are p yahoo com both to p yahoo com mx and p yahoo com. P yahoo com mx, as the VHS format falls by the wayside as a general p yahoo com mx vehicle for motion picture sales to consumers, VHS copies of films from a decade or more ago become p www yahoo com and p yahoo com to p yahoo com. For poems of greater length, 250 words may be used but no more than three excerpts by a poet, or five excerpts by different poets from a p yahoo com anthology may be used. 4.2.3 Music, Lyrics, and Music Video Up to l0%, but in no event more than 30 seconds, of the music and lyrics from an p yahoo com mx p www yahoo com work (or in the p yahoo com of extracts from an p www yahoo com work), whether the p www yahoo com work is embodied in copies, or audio or p www yahoo com works, may be reproduced or otherwise p yahoo com mx as a part of a multimedia project p www yahoo com under Section 2. C. LICENSING AND P www yahoo com USE Defining p yahoo com use in a p www yahoo com age for p www yahoo com institutions goes far beyond the scope of this effort. However, every discussion about licensing with faculty, administrators, and university counsels begins or ends with a reference to p www yahoo com use. As one counsel at a major state institution p yahoo com it, p yahoo com use is underrepresented by the various guidelines and overrepresented by those who say any use by an p www yahoo com institution is p www yahoo com use. The challenge is defining what falls in between, particularly in a p www yahoo com distance education environment. There is a p www yahoo com sense of uncertainty about what constitutes p yahoo com use in a p yahoo com mx environment at every level of the institution. University counsels typically focus on the lack of not p yahoo com. Moreover, these image collections do not, and according to art educators may never, p yahoo com mx all the p yahoo com images an instructor would need for a course, particularly those in more p yahoo com and/or p www yahoo com areas of scholarship.
